Avocado Toast with Microgreens

Toast is infinite. We like to keep it simple and healthy where we can.


Ingredients

toast

avocado: 1

microgreens: 1 cup

balsamic glaze

salt

crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut avocado in half and scoop out the flesh. Sprinkle with sea salt and smash with a fork.

  2. Spread avocado on warm toast.

  3. Top with microgreens, sprinkle with a pinch of crushed red pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
