Red Beet Smoothie

Beets, beets, the magical ROOT (plus pineapple)!


Ingredients

raw beets: 2 small, peeled and cubed

bananas: 2, peeled and sliced

pineapple (fresh or frozen): 2 cups, chopped

plain yogurt (or non-dairy): 1 cup

water: 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender and process until very smooth.
