Lemon & Garlic Butter Pasta with Broccoli Microgreens
Need something quick for dinner after the holidays? Microgreen parmesan pasta. Simple, delicious. That’s it.
Ingredients
pasta: 1/2 lb (10-15 cnt.)
lemon: 1 (lemon juice) & (lemon zest)
garlic: 1 tbsp.
butter: 2 tbsp.
broccoli microgreens: 2-3 handfuls
parmesan
salt
pepper
olive oil
Instructions
Cook spaghetti or prepare zucchini noodles.
Sauté on a low heat the butter, garlic, lemon zest.
Drain pasta, return it to its cooking pot and immediately pour the heated sauce over it, along with the lemon juice and microgreens, drizzle olive oil if needed and add salt and pepper to taste.
Use tongs to gently toss the pasta, sauce and microgreens together.
Top with grated Parmesan and serve.
