Microgreen, Citrus Salad

Healthy, fresh, bright, mmmmm.


Ingredients

microgreens (arugula, sunflower, broccoli, other)

fresh basil

fresh mint

fresh cilantro

orange: peeled & chopped

soy sauce

sunflower oil: 1 tbsp

salt

pepper

sesame seeds

lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  1. Toss all the greens and orange together in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle in the soy, oil, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, and citrus. Toss well and serve immediately!
